Authors Guidelines
Submission of Manuscripts: (Please do not submit new paper till further notice)
The authors are invited to submit papers through online submission system (click here). Alternatively, paper may be submitted in word and pdf formats along with a cover letter (download here) to the journal office via e-mail: . Manuscripts should be prepared in English using a word processor in journal format (download here). MS Word for Windows and .doc files are preferred. Manuscripts may be prepared with other software provided that the full document (with figures, schemes and tables inserted into the text) can be exported to a MS Word format. Times or Times New Roman font is preferred. The papers must have abstract not exceeding 200 words and Keywords. Although variations in accord with contents of a manuscript are permissible, in general all papers should have the sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if applicable) and References. All submissions will be acknowledged within a week of the submission. Authors may suggest at least 3 independant referees (preferably non-native) with appropriate expertise although the editor may not necessarily approach them. Their affiliation and e-mail address should be provided as fully as possible. We shall try our best to complete review process within two months from the date of submission. In order to preserve a high quality of this journal, the Editorial Board may wish to set some rules from time to time. Important Instructions:
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor with another journal for consideration. Necessary permissions from affiliating institution (if necessary), other parties (if necessary) and coauthors (if applicable) are obtained.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
- The paper contains a clear tile, short abstract and affiliating address of each author with working e-mail. Only relevant references in standard format as per journal template should be provided. All references should be cited in the main body and all citations within the text should also be inclided as references.
- Manuscript is prepared using journal template file (download here).

Copyrights for articles published in this journal are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. Article are published in open access mode and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. The publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. It is the author's responsibility to bring an infringement action if so desired by the author.
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis) and are not currently under consideration by another journal. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. It is also the authors' responsibility to ensure that the articles emanating from a particular institution are submitted with the approval of the necessary institution, and that, if accepted, will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.
Proofs:
Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors or as per instructions from the journal editing service. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return, since the inclusion of late corrections cannot be accepted.
Production and Hosting Charges:
There is no submission and review charges. Authors of an accepted paper upto 20 pages length are requested to arrange a fixed amount of USD 200 as production and hosting charges. If an accepted paper has more than 20 pages, an extra amount at the rate of USD 10 per page for the additional pages will be charged. This new charge structure is applicable w.e.f. 15th June, 2014 onwards. In any case, minimum charges for an accepted article is USD 200 (INR 8,000 for Indian authors). A minimum of five hard copies of individual papers can be ordered by authors for an additional cost at the rate of USD 10 per copy.
